Women’s Rights Advancement and Protection Alternative (WRAPA) is in the forefront of sensitizations, social and legislative advocacy for legal reforms aimed at enhancing women’s enjoyment of their human rights as well as entrenching provisions for redress when the legislature, political parties, institutions of faith and culture as well women themselves. Those rights are violated or at the risk of abuse or denial. We remain committed to raising the decibels of voices of women and their issues; engage in dialogue and advocacy targeting government.

Over the years, WRAPA has implemented project with great impact with carefully strategic advocacy to protect and promote the rights of women. These advocacies have ensure that women’s voices are heard, access to health centres, decision making abilities in the home and society is cultivated, safe cities and environment for women and girls, access to justice and financial empowerment become at its peak.
