SKILL ACQUISITION

Women’s Rights Advancement Protection Alternative (WRAPA) is focused on the protection and promotion of women’s Rights. It goes beyond sensitisation, advocacy, lobbying. WRAPA has a training centre in Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Abuja where women and girls are trained on different skill to move towards financial independence and supporting the family. These skills ranges from soap making, bead making, fashion design, baking and much more.

WRAPA has over 22 partner offices across Nigeria and about 80% of our partners include skill acquisition to the process of rehabilitation for women who are survivors of Gender Based Violence (GBV) and also other women who want to be financially independent and contributing financially to the society.
