As a key spokesperson for WRAPA, she represents the organization at high-level forums, drives activities to prevent violence against women and girls.Director of ProgramsYemisi Nathaniel, as the Director of Programs at WRAPA, plays a critical leadership role in driving the organization’s mission to promote gender equity and social inclusion. She is responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and evaluation of WRAPA diverse activities, ensuring their alignment with strategic goals. Her role includes nurturing partnerships with stakeholders, managing program staff, securing funding, and designing impactful programs that address issues such as violence against women and girls, electoral inclusivity, and policy advocacy. Additionally, she ensures that WRAPA programs meet the highest standards of effectiveness and sustainability while empowering communities and advancing gender responsive policies.Senior Legal OfficerAn erudite lawyer with experience since her call to bar with a passion for working with women and supporting in counseling, mediation and arbitration processes.Senior Programmes Executive for Collaboration, Linkage, and Partnerships (CLAP)Umma Rimi is the Senior Programmes Executive for Collaboration, Linkage, and Partnerships (CLAP) at WRAPA. In her role, she is responsible for developing and managing collaborations with key stakeholders, institutions, and partners to strengthen WRAPA activities and advance gender equity and social inclusion. She plays a central role in establishing strategic partnerships, building relationships, and coordinating efforts to maximize the impact of WRAPA programs. Additionally, she works closely with both internal and external partners to ensure that WRAPA goals align with those of its collaborators and identifies new opportunities for impactful collaboration.Executive Admin OfficerNaimatullah Salihu is an Admin Officer at WRAPA, where she plays a key role in managing administrative tasks, coordinating office operations, and ensuring smooth organizational functioning. She supports the team by handling logistics, maintaining records, and contributing to the efficiency of WRAPA programs and activities.Director Finance, Accounts and GrantsShafi'u Barde oversees the role of Director of Finance, Accounts, and Grants at WRAPA. He ensures the effective management of financial operations, maintaining transparency and accountability. His responsibilities include overseeing financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and donor guidelines. Shafi'u Barde also supervises the management of grants, ensuring the preparation of proposals, financial monitoring, and reporting to donors and partners. His role is essential for supporting WRAPA financial sustainability and programmatic goals.Senior Programs OfficerHabiba is the Senior Programs Officer at WRAPA, where she leads the planning, coordination, and implementation of key initiatives focused on gender equality, women’s rights, and social inclusion. She oversees program design, supervises project teams, and ensures alignment with donor and organizational priorities. With a strong focus on monitoring, evaluation, and advocacy, Habiba supports the development of impactful programs addressing gender-based violence, legal rights awareness, and women's political participation.Executive Finance and Accounts OfficerOlabisi Olarinde is the Executive Finance and Accounts Officer at WRAPA. Olabisi also plays a key role in budgeting, financial analysis, and supporting the finance team in the effective management of WRAPA resources. While looking forward to retiring into farming.Office AssistantMr. William Kureh works as the Office Assistant of WRAPA, he ensures the environment and facilitiesMonitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning OfficerFaith Joshua-Uba is WRAPA Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning Officer who is responsible for tracking the progress, impact, and effectiveness of programs by collecting and analyzing data, ensuring accountability to stakeholders, and fostering continuous learning. She designs and implement frameworks for monitoring and evaluation, facilitate reporting, and ensure lessons learned are integrated into future project planning and decision-making.
